Informal intake
Everything starts with talking. I actively listen to the needs, sighs, and aspirations of each stakeholder. -
Formal diagnosis and analysis
Through intensive conversations, I go deeper into the subject matter. My interviews are adapted to any type of employee, of any level. -
The detected path
I bring together input from the various stakeholders into a synthesis and plan of action. Who does what and when: everything becomes crystal clear and everyone knows what to do. -
Implementation
This is where the train really gets rolling and the hands go out. I enjoy fulfilling the role of mentor and pragmatic advisor, who is also actively involved in the implementation of projects. Step by step, we work toward your goals and achieve concrete results. -
Evaluation
I evaluate and report on an ongoing basis. This way, everyone is perfectly up to date on the state of affairs. I also chart results and work points at the end of an assignment.
